Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you fill out the booking or quote form we collect your name, phone number, email (optional, unless you prefer to be contacted by email), the service, session or package you're interested in, dates, your preferred contact method and any comments you add. We also collect the information you share with us by phone, text message, email or social media.
• Technical information: to protect the form against spam we keep, for a limited time, an encrypted and irreversible version (hash) of your IP address. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, in its server logs.
• What we don't do: we don't use analytics or advertising tools, and we don't sell your information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, quote your service and schedule your session.
• To communicate with you about your request and your session through your preferred method.
• To provide the service and deliver your photos, videos and other material.
• To manage payments and keep our business records.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number and choose to be contacted by call or text message, you agree that we may call or text you at that number about your request and your session. We don't send you promotional messages without your consent. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or by letting us know.

Who we share your information with

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with providers who help us operate and who use it solely to provide their service to us:

• The hosting provider for our website and form (Hostinger).
• Our email service.
• Automation and internal notification tools that alert our team about each new request (for example, Make and Pushover).
• The payment or financing providers you use to pay for your service.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights, our safety or the safety of others.

Third-party services on the site

Our site uses Google Fonts for typography and shows a Google Maps map on the contact page; when they load, your browser connects to Google's servers. We also link to our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages. These services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

We only use what's necessary for the site to work:

• “lang” cookie: remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English) for one year.
• Form draft: while you fill out the form, your answers are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't lose them; they're deleted when you submit it and you can remove them from your browser settings.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Maps may use its own cookies when the map loads.

Photos and videos from your sessions

We store the photos and videos we create in order to edit them and deliver them in your online gallery. We only show client images in our portfolio, website or social media with their permission (or that of their parent or guardian, in the case of minors), and you can ask us to remove an image at any time.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, provide the service and meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures, such as the site's encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the requests we receive. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we have about you, and to stop receiving communications from us. Depending on the state where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights. Email us at info@viewstudioatl.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Minors

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. Sessions with minors, such as quinceañeras or family sessions, are booked by their parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the last updated date at the top of this page.
