These terms apply to the use of viewstudioatl.com and to View Studio services. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

You may use this site to learn about our services and send us requests. We ask that you use it lawfully, that the information you send us is accurate and that you don't try to damage, copy or interfere with the site.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies to your service is the one our team confirms when you book. The information on the site is for guidance and, although we review it carefully, it may contain errors that we'll correct when we find them.
Submitting the form doesn't guarantee a date: your booking is confirmed when our team confirms it with you and receives the corresponding payment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Each session lasts the time included in its package; if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the session.
If you need to change your date or cancel, let us know as soon as possible at info@viewstudioatl.com or (470) 286-6531. The change, cancellation and refund terms for each service are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Delivery times are estimates: for photo sessions, edited photos and the online gallery are ready in 5 business days; for quinceañeras, material is delivered 4 to 8 weeks after the event; for events and content, according to the package. We'll let you know if anything changes.
View Studio retains the copyright to the photos and videos it creates. With your delivery you receive a license to use them personally: share them on your social media, print them and give them as gifts. For personal branding, corporate and content creation sessions, the license also covers use to promote your business or brand. You may not sell or license the material to third parties without our permission. We appreciate a mention (@viewstudioatl) when you post it.
We only show your images in our portfolio or social media with your permission.
Please take care of the studio's equipment and facilities; damage caused intentionally or through carelessness may be charged. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If you bring decor or personal items, you are responsible for them.
The photos, text, logos and design of this site belong to View Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
The site includes links to third-party services, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or their policies.
To the extent permitted by law, View Studio's liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're not liable for indirect damages or for situations beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
